Monthly hosting and monitoring includes:
- Around-the-clock monitoring. Any time of day or night, weekends or holidays, our team keeps a watchful eye on your site.
- Day booked up? We can handle edits for you if needed. Edits are worked on during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays— within a reasonable scheduled time.
- Edit requests including, but not limited to, text updates/graphic updates/special programming etc. will be billed additional at a rate of $21.25 per 15 minute increment.
- Unlimited e-mail addresses using your domain name. Provide e-mail for your whole staff – you and your customers can stay in constant contact.
- Professional customer service and support. Call us. We’re here 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST Monday – Friday.
- Disaster contingency. Our dedicated servers are redundant with generator back up so your data is safe. In addition, we also back up your site to a remote server in North America twice daily.
Hosting deposit fee ($70) covers your first month and is due at time of order.
Subsequent Hosting: Pre-pay 12 months in advance or pay month-to-month. Month-to-month hosting must be paid via automatic recurring credit card payments.
Discounts available: Save 5% when you pre-pay 12 months.
