How do the WebSwagger programs work?

Using our proprietary platform, your site is branded exclusively for you. No two sites are identical and our graphic designers will make sure your Web site is distinctive and branded for your business. Both the Basic and Pro packages include lots of features just right for small businesses. You’ll get a homepage, five additional sub-pages and three footer pages that we’ll set up for you. You’ll be able to modify these sub-pages anytime — 24-hours-a-day — with our secure content management feature.

If you need any extras, they’re available as add-ons and include additional pages, article manager/RSS syndication, e-store, e-newsletter, secure forms, and more.

Do I need to commit to a contract for the Basic and Pro Packages?


No, there are no long-term contracts. You may cancel anytime within 30 days with written notice. Prepayments for hosting will be prorated and the balance returned. Set-up fees are nonrefundable.

What’s included in the Basic and Pro Packages set-up fee?


The set-up fee includes:

  • The design and layout of your home page and sub-pages
  • Transfer of your existing Web site or unique domain registration
  • Submitting your Web site for registration with many search engines
  • Optimizing your site homepage with special keywords
  • Proofreading your supplied content with the Basic Package
  • Content creation with the Pro Package Only
  • Content management ability through a user-friendly client administration area
  • Supplying up to five Web resolution stock images from our library (see individual package information for the number of images included). Additional stock photography from our library is available for purchase at from $15-$45.


Do you offer completely custom Web sites?


Yes, we can build and design exactly what you’re looking for. Request a quote for your custom needs.

What’s included in the monthly hosting and monitoring fee for Packages and custom sites?

  • Around-the-clock monitoring of our dedicated servers in a secure, redundant facility
  • Disaster contingency with backups stored at a remote location server within North America
  • 30 minutes of site text edits per month with hosting. (Additional edits beyond 30 minutes are billed in 15 minute increments at $22.50)
  • E-mail accounts using your domain name
  • Professional customer service and support

Note: Save five (5) percent on hosting fees if paid annually in advance. Month-to-month payments are payable via automatic recurring credit card charge only.

What about site maintenance?


Make revisions and edits to the site yourself using the password protected client content management feature. Or, we can make up to 30 minutes of site text edits for you each month absolutely free with hosting. Any non-text revisions beyond your hosting plan’s allowance are billed in 15-minute increments at a rate of $22.50.

What if I need help writing content?


Proofreading the content you supply is included in the set-up fee for Basic packages. Content creation is included with the Pro package. However, professional editorial assistance is always available as an optional service for any project anytime you need it for an additional fee.

Do you also offer print marketing materials?


Yes, WebSwagger is your complete marketing resource. We can create coordinating brochures, postcards, folders, direct mailers – anything you need. We can also provide agency service, like project management, design, editing, and printing, as needed, from concept to completion or any part in between. Check out our marketing materials page.
